Team Building


Team Building is a proactive leadership to improve cohesion between the member's of a unit. The foundation of all team building is having shared goals to which all team members are comitted.

We simply define it is "a facilitated intervention that enhances organisational effectiveness and goals through the enhancement of individual role clarity and teaming skilss". This means that is any form of facilitated activity that requires the members to perform cohesively with each other.
